I love the idea of being able to discover "undiscovered talent" - fashion designers that can provide unique pieces that haven't quite yet hit the masses.  San Francisco-based ZenTrend is doing just that with a little twist.  The concept is what they call iStyler where fashionistas can vote on designs they like.  Hundreds of designers submit their sketches and the community votes which looks will be "in" or "out".  The sketches that win will become part of the ZenTrend collection. 

Many of the looks on the website have a bit of South Asian flavor, like this skirt pictured here that caught my eye.
