While all eyes are on New York this week, there's another fashion event going on in Northern Europe. Copenhagen Fashion Week kicked off today. Danish and international fashion talent will show their goods to over 50,000 buyers, designers, and the global press. Three trade shows also coincide with CFW: CPH Vision, 
Gallery, and Copenhagen International Fashion Fair.
Copenhagen Fashion Week started back in 1964, but has just recently started to gain status as an international event. The Danish Fashion Institute is the company backing CFW with hopes to extend the global network and bring Danish fashion to the forefront of international fashion.
