I almost didn't talk about Oscar fashion since just about everyone and their mama (literally) is blogging about it.  My thoughts would simply just lost in the sea of noise out there...Who was the worst dressed?  Best dressed?  All I have to say is that it is all relative.  Fashion vs celebrity vs everyone else.  The fact of the matter is, we all have our own opinions and it is what it is.  I didn't even get to see all of the celebrities, so I can't even begin to offer my opinion on who was best dressed, but I will say that George Clooney looked smashing as usual.  He could walk the red carpet wearing a brown paper bag and he'd still look great...

I really loved the details in Keisha Whitaker's dress.  This one was a standout for me...

I will note how interesting it is that the red carpet has turned into its own fashion runway of sorts.  The events before the actual award show is an industry in and of itself.  It's just too bad we didn't get outfits like this best Oscar dress of all time or Bjork's infamous swan dress...
