There's one thing I can think of that ties together many fashion designers who show in L.A....All their collections are wearable and dare I say, undeniably and completely forgettable.  I don't want to come across as a mean fashion blogger or editor, but I consider myself to be a honest person and I'm being completely honest here. 

Let's start with Lauren Conrad's show...Lauren starred on the hit TV show, The Hills.  Before I found out that the pieces will be sold in Blue Anchor stores, I thought it was a boring collection. However, considering that Blue Anchor's customers are a younger crowd and shop there for basics, then Heidiwood would fit in.  But it is still a little boring.  That's not to say that I wouldn't wear these pieces though - which then says that I can be a bit boring in my dress sometimes too! 

 

A fall collection that is completely wearable and fun is Jenny Han.  Again, nothing we've never seen before, but the collection was cohesive and again, I could see myself wearing all of these pieces.
