Not too long ago I wrote about how there was no such thing as a slow economy in the luxury fashion world.  Although at one point the thought did cross my mind that we've entered the modern 1930's, I believe it's all relative - it depends on your perspective and your reality.  I try not to pay that much attention to the news because we could just be talking ourselves into a recession and if you keep reading "We're in a recession!" then it simply becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
