My friends and I were having a discussion about the upcoming premiere of Sex and the City and we came to the conclusion that we would only be watching the movie to see what Carrie Bradshaw is wearing these days.
Oh, I’m sure the story line is going to be pretty good, but I’m more curious to see what wild ensembles Patricia Field put together, if any. As I look back at all the things that Carrie wore back in the 90’s, I begin to think that maybe they weren’t so wacky after all. Could it be that Carrie Bradshaw back then was simply ahead of her time? And could it be possible that in ten years we’ll be wearing hats like this? (This picture was taken at the London premiere a couple weeks ago)...
I like this much better (taken at the New York premiere last night)...
