I've never heard of WAD (We Are Different) Magazine until today when I was scanning the fashion magazines at a bookstore.  Based in France, WAD is a magazine about urban fashion and culture.  It is indeed definitely different.  Don't expect celebrities on the cover!  I briefly skimmed the magazine and what really stood out for me were the very colorful and artsy fashion spreads.  I neglected to write down who did these illustrations pictured below, but they were definitely a breath of fresh air compared to what you see in regular fashion magazines like Vogue or Glamour. WAD costs $11.99 in the U.S., but it's worth it to get a fresh perspective on fashion!
