Once upon a time there was a girl named Maria who went on a road trip to visit her dad for Father's Day weekend. She started in San Diego and was driving up the Freeway 5 when the idea came to take the Freeway 405 instead. Wrong move. On this very hot Friday afternoon the traffic on Freeway 405 was slower than a turtle walking in molasses. As she drove, Maria went through all her mail, sent text messages to her brother and her Twitter page, and made up stories about the other drivers next to her.
Just when Maria thought she was ready to abandon her car and just walk to her dad's house, she came upon the Wilshire Blvd exit in Los Angeles. A light bulb went off in her head...Retail therapy! It was definitely time for a break...
Maria went for a walk along Rodeo Drive and took a few pictures of her favorite window displays and stores...
Maria also finally found the perfect purple handbag that she's been dreaming about! The Miu Miu Nappa Bowling Bag...But being the indecisive person that she can be sometimes, she kept wondering What if there's something better out there?
And so Maria went home empty handed...
