When I first started blogging here at The Runway Scoop about two and a half years ago, one of the first fashion blogs I started reading was Kathryn Finney's The Budget Fashionista. I love it that Kathryn helps women become stylish without having to go broke. And now she will be celebrating the 5th Anniversary of her blog during New York Fashion Week this fall!
