But what if we could change that mentality? What if we gave more opportunities to aspiring models instead of giving the photo shoot to a celebrity?

Also, why is young women aspiring to be models something we should support? There's too much drug use in the industry, first of all, to be a moral thing for anyone to do. And then of course there's the lack of doing something real and meaningful, and putting themselves through the pain and literal starvation.
I firmly believe we should discourage modeling.

Now all we need to do is remove the people, nah just the models. We should instead have real women, perhaps customers, or just fans of the brand.
Long time readers of my blog know I detest models. I actually prefer celebrities because they tend to be and look more interesting and even occasionally, sort of "real".
But I don't think celebrities or even pretty faces belong in certain ads when they detract from the product, like aesthetic products as fashion ones are.
At least models in the ads help me to ignore the person, and focus on the purses. ;-) That being said, I don't even personally find models all that attractive, far too oten.
